Why Give Thanks

Is it important to give thanks?  In times of fear, sorrow, brokenness, and distress, many times we are sidetracked by the situation and lose hope on who God is and what He can do.  But David shows us in Psalm 18, when we remember what God has done in our yesterdays, it will give us faith and hope in our today. Instead of dwelling on our situation, give thanks and dwell on the God who will see you through. We will never move from where we are now, without giving thanks.
