Jesus, Our Great High Priest

Even though you go to church, say your prayers, read the Bible, seek the Lord, and sing in the choir, there are times when we are tempted to give up. Times when we are holding on to a thread of hope and one more thing could push us over the edge. This is the reason the book of Hebrews was written. Times to be a follower of Christ were hard, and many who were ready to walk away from the faith, because hope and victory seemed to be so far away.
